Davis Tate, a leading sales, lettings and property management estate agency, has announced the successful acquisition of Reading’s Flatman Agency.

This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to delivering exceptional property services across Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

The acquired portfolio comprises more than 160 residential properties, ranging from studio apartments to family homes, and represents a well-established base of long-term tenancies.

This strengthens Davis Tate’s presence in the Reading market and reinforces their excellent reputation as a trusted and proactive lettings agent in the region.

“We are thrilled to welcome this portfolio into our business,” said Joe Lucas, sales director at Davis Tate Reading.

“”Reading is a vibrant and growing market, and this acquisition allows us to bring our award-winning service to a wider audience while continuing to support landlords with our proven expertise and customer-driven approach.”
