The Adobe Women’s FA Cup returns on Sunday with an exciting round of matches in the second qualifying round.

Finchampstead Ladies are hoping for a large following when they entertain Penn & Tylers Green at the Memorial Park (2pm).

Elsewhere, Woodley United travel to Harpenden Town, while Reading are also on the road – visiting Manorcroft United. Ashridge Park will travel to Oxfordshire to play Kidlington Youth.

A tantalising £3,000 is on offer to winning clubs in this round of the competition, with the defeated sides pocketing £750.

Last weekend saw Wokingham Town Ladies suffer a 1-3 home reverse against Harefield United in division three south of the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League. They will next face Windsor & Eton in the Berks & Bucks Cup on Sunday afternoon.

Wokingham Town’s men’s side continued their captivating recent form with a convincing 0-4 win on Tuesday night in the Combined Counties League cup at Horley Town. That victory followed an emphatic 2-5 win in north London at Edgware & Kingsbury on Saturday.
