Wokingham & Emmbrook FC is hoping to break the record attendance for a match at its Lowther Road home next month.
The Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round tie against Cinderford Town has been switched to Sunday, August 6, with a 3pm kick-off.
The previous record crowd of just short of 400 was set for a league match against Binfield more than 10 years ago.
Mark Ashwell, Club President, said: “This will be a great opportunity to get behind the lads, and to create a wonderful atmosphere.”
Another home tie, against Binfield, is the reward for the winners.
Admission will be £8 for adults and £4 for concessions.
