AN APPEAL for witnesses has been made by police after a motorcyclist was involved in a collision with a car near Theale.
The incident happened at 5.53am on Monday, April 8, on the A4 close to the fire station.
Thames Valley Police said the vehicle involved was a blue Toyota Hilux, and they are treating it as a minor injury road traffic collision in West Berkshire.
However, the motorcyclist has not been identified, and no one yet has come forward.
There have been no reports from any hospitals or an injured party.
Investigating officer, PC Simon Kincaid, based at Newbury Police Station, said: “We are continuing to investigate this report of a minor injury road traffic collision.
“I am appealing for witnesses and the motorcyclist to please make contact with us as soon as possible.
“I’d also ask any motorists who were in the local area around the time of the collision to check dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist the investigation.
