THE UNIVERSITY of Reading’s Autumn Community Forum, taking place on Whiteknights campus next month.
Hosted by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Robert Van de Noort, the event is an opportunity for residents to find out more about the University and Reading Student Union’s activity within the local area, share their views and connect with University staff.
Following the Summer 2024 forum, this special edition event will include a panel discussion with representatives from the University, Reading Students’ Union, Thames Valley Police, Reading Borough Council, and Wokingham Borough Council.
It will also offer a hot buffet and refreshments for attendees.
Guests will have the opportunity to present their questions to the panel, which will be chaired by Lorraine Briffitt, CEO of Connect Reading.
The University works with Connect Reading to strengthen its local engagement, identifying opportunities where its expertise and resources can benefit cross-sector organisations.

The Autumn Community Forum takes place Eat At The Square, Whiteknights campus, between 6pm-8.30pm on Thursday, November 20.
