A TEENAGER from Reading has been charged in connection with an incident grievous bodily harm.
Karnye Edwards, aged 19 and of Callington Road, has been charged with a count of grievous bodily harm with intent following a Thames Valley Police investigation.
It relates to an incident in Alphington Road on December 27 last year, when an altercation occurred, during which a boy in his teens sustained injuries to his head.
The victim was take to hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Edwards has been remanded in custody and is now due to appear at Reading Crown Court on Monday, February 5.
