A CHURCH in Reading welcomed residents to a festive fiesta replete with carols, choirs, and Christmas Cheer.
The Church of St Mark and All Saints held its Christmas Tree Festival and Fayre on Saturday, with attendees getting ready for the season.
Residents were invited to vote on their favourite Christmas trees, as decorated by groups in the community.
Stall-holders sold seasonal sundries such as confectionary and conserves, Christmas decorations like wreaths, and gifts.
The event also saw street carols and performances from choirs, followed by a Christingle Service to conclude.
It was attended by Cllr Tony Page, mayor of Reading, and Michael Harper, who joined Revd Jo Williams.
