THE ROYAL Berks Charity has set out its plans for its annual Christmas Concert, sponsored by Chancellors Estate Agents.
In December, the charity is bringing a whole host of performances to Reading Minster to celebrate the festive season in aid of charity.
It comes as part of the Royal Berks Charity Christmas Appeal, an initiative aimed at making a lasting impact on patient care at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
This year the appeal is focused on raising £130,000 to purchase much-needed breast screening equipment that will enhance early detection and treatment for breast cancer patients.
The charity concert will see performances from Hannah Murphy, the Rock Choir, Avenue, Newtown Primary School, and the Royal Berkshire Hospital Staff Choir.
The Royal Berks Charity supports vital projects at the Royal Berkshire Hospital and six other sites across Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.
The Royal Berks Charity Christmas Concert takes place from 7pm on Friday, December 6, at Reading Minster, central Reading.
