READING FC striker Natasha Dowie is set to complete a loan move to Liverpool for the remainder of the Women’s Super League season.
With today being the final day of the January transfer window, it appears that the Royals are set to trim their squad with the departure of the forward.
The 34-year-old joined Reading in 2021 and has scored seven goals in 24 WSL appearances for the club.
After netting six league goals in 16 games last season, Dowie has lacked playing time this campaign has managed just one league goal in eight matches.
The striker has huge experience throughout here career having played for Charlton Athletic, Everton, Liverpool, Boston Breakers, Melbourne Victory, Linkoping, Lalerenga and AC Milan.
She also has 14 international caps for Engladn, scoring five times.
Kelly Chambers’ side are currently in 10th position in the WSL table on seven points from 12 games, while Liverpool are in ninth on eight points having played two games fewer.
