“The principle of the proposal is, therefore, considered acceptable.”
Conversion of bungalow into school meeting room (PL/25/0957)
The caretaker’s bungalow at Caversham Park Primary School is set to be converted into a meeting and planning room for teachers.
The bungalow on the school grounds has been vacant since March 28 last year, when the caretaker moved.
The school has now won permission to use it for small group work, a meeting area for Teachers and outside professionals and an area for lesson planning.
The change was justified as it will provide a more private area for these meetings to take place.

The semi-detached house was purchased for £337,000 in June 2021.
