THAMES Valley Police is renewing its appeal for help locating two people it wishes to speak to following a public order incident in December last year.
CCTV images were released showing people who may have vital information about an incident which took place in St Marys Butts, Friar Street, and Station Approach on Tuesday, December 12.
A group of people met in several sections of these locations and engaged in public disorder prior to the Reading Football Club and Oxford United football fixture that evening.
During the course of the investigation, a 41-year-old man from Theale has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, since released on conditional bail.
A 33-year-old man from Carterton and a 49-year-old from Banbury have also been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and released on conditional bail.
Investigating officer Sergeant Richard Noone, based at Reading police station, said: “We are continuing to appeal for information regarding the public order incidents in Reading on 12 December prior to the Reading and Oxford United fixture.
“We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the individuals in these images to please get in touch as we believe they may have vital information about the incidents.
