THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of sexual assault in Reading.
At around 5.15pm on Saturday, March 8, when a woman in her 30s was approached by the offender on Broad Street.
The offender touched the victim inappropriately over her clothing, and was then approached by a member of the public who challenged the offender.
The offender became confrontational before making off towards Chain Street.
The offender is described as a white man in his thirties, and approximately 5ft 7ins tall with black, curly hair that is longer on the top and shorter on the sides.
He was seen wearing a beige top, light blue jeans, and beige trainers.
Investigating officer PC Lily Turner, based at Reading police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or the moments leading up to it to please get in contact.
“I am especially interested to hear from the woman who had a Doberman dog with her, who helped the victim after this incident.
