Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing a man who has been reported missing.
Lee Ward, who is 43, is from Reading originally, but was last seen in person in Paignton, Devon this morning at around 7am.
He was seen on CCTV at 11.17am, Tuesday, June 14, at Reading railway station, and is known to frequent Calcot, Burghfield Common and Reading.
Lee is described as a white man, around 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall, with a slim build and a shaved head.
He was last seen wearing a grey jumper with a red top underneath, possibly a Liverpool FC shirt, dark blue jeans and black and white trainers with an orange stripe or tick.
Acting Inspector Elliot Male, based at Reading police station, said: “Lee has been staying in Devon, but has not been seen in person since 7am and the last known movements put him at Reading railway station at 11.17am today.
“We are growing increasingly concerned for Lee’s welfare, and I would appeal to anybody who knows where he is to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police by calling 101, quoting reference number 43220260051.
“If you believe you see him, please call us on 999.
“I would also appeal directly to Lee. If you see this message, please get in touch with us as we are concerned and want to know you are safe.”
