Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of a man officers wish to speak to following an incident of outraging public decency in Reading.
On Friday, September 5, between 8.10am and 8.25am, a woman in her twenties was walking through Forbury Gardens when she saw a man on a bench making hand movements over his trousers and around his belt while looking at her.
The victim has then seen another man who was pushing a pram walking through the park at this time and has told him about what she has seen.
Investigating officer, PC Salvador said, “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the man in this picture as they may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.
“We would also like to speak to the man who talked to the victim, who was pushing a pram through the park at that time.
“If this is you, please call us on 101 quoting reference 43250454549.
“We are also appealing for any other witnesses to this incident to please come forward and let us know any information you may have.
“You can do so by making a report online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43250454549.
“Alternatively, for 100% anonymity, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
