THE OWNER of a mid-terrace house near Reading West station has applied for permission to convert it into a home of multiple occupation (HMO).
The property in Argyle Street has six bedrooms according to existing floorplans: two downstairs and four upstairs.
Under the proposals there would be two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor, with each with an ensuite shower.
Occupants would share a kitchen and dining room if approval is granted by Reading Borough Council’s planning department.
