AN ARTS venue in Reading is celebrating the longest day of the year with an all-out festival this week.
The Rising Sun Arts Centre is marking the summer solstice with Phoenix Rising, a day-long festival featuring music, arts, installations, and workshops.
Spread across two rooms at the venue, the festival is set to see performances from Vanity Fairy, HAAL, Shoplifting 1080p, Doom Club, Wish, the Will McCrea Trio, Nicolas Panayi, The Cloud Physics Experiment, a duo set from Barbican Estate, and an acoustic set from Doops.
My Liberal Pony and Iridiphone will also perform a hybrid live set.
Aside from live music, there will also be visual and art installations as well as a number of workshops.
Phoenix Rising Fest is taking place at the Rising Sun Arts Centre from 1pm on Saturday, June 21.
The event is 18+.
