THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an assault at a patrol station in Reading which left a person hospitalised last week.
At around 4.15am on Friday, December 12, the offender arrived at the BP petrol station on London Road in a taxi.
There, he assaulted the victim, a man in his thirties, on the forecourt of the petrol station, before leaving the scene in the taxi.
The victim sustained grievous bodily harm level injuries and received hospital treatment, but has since been discharged.
The offender is described as a white man with brown afro style hair, who was wearing blue coat, black top, black trousers, and black shoes.
Investigating officer PC Daniel Cook, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this assault to please contact us.
“I would particularly like to hear from anybody who may have footage on their phones or any other devices which could help us in our investigation.
