New images have been released showing how a 16-storey skyscraper will change the skyline of Reading.
One Station Hill is being constructed on a plot just south of the train station and is due to open early next year.
It includes 15 floors. The ground floor would comprise a reception and a retail unit, while the lower ground floor including another reception, a fitness club, showers and cycle parking spaces.
There will be two floors of flexible space, and 13 floors of offices. The eighth floor will have a private terrace, with a similar arrangement on the 15th.
Once complete, 275,000 sq ft of space will be made available.
Outline plans for One Station Hill were approved by Reading Borough Council’s planning committee (application reference 192032) were approved in July 2021.
