THE OWNERS of an east Reading home are hoping to build a new kitchen and living room.
The property, on Wokingham Road, would have a single-storey extension added to the rear of the home.
A sketch submitted to Reading Borough Council shows a table with eight chairs in the new space, which itself would be next to a ground-floor double bedroom.
