AUTHOR Jasper Fforde will be signing copies of his latest book Red Side Story when he comes to Reading next week.
The book is the sequel to Shades of Grey and set 13 years later. It once again tells the story of Eddie Russett and Jane Greyare, just on a new adventure.
Red Side Story delves into the strictures of a society imposed on itself by itself, immoveable dogma and the spirit of humans trying to love, survive and make sense of a world that makes no sense at all. Only it does, of course – you just have to look harder and forget everything you’ve ever been told.
The signing starts at 12.30pm on Wednesday, February 7, and places cost £20, which includes a copy of the book. It takes place at Waterstones in Broad Street.
