PROGRESS Theatre is welcoming the return of a celebrated musical comedian this week.
Huge Davies is back at the theatre for their latest comedy night this week, bringing his unique brand of surreal and dark humour and deadpan delivery.
Davies was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe Destival in 2019, since which he has made appearances on Comedy Central Live at the Comedy Store, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and has written and performed on BBC Radio 4’s iconic The Now Show.
He’ll be joined by Bilal Zafar, Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best newcomer nominee and New Act of the Year-winning comedian.
As well as making headline appearances on BBC Radio 4 and the BBC Asian Network, he has performed in Channel 4 Sitcoms such as Catastrophe and Sky’s Sick of It, and feature films.
Zafar also has a strong online following as a regular streamer.
The event will see also MC Iszi Lawrence return to Progress.
