Green Park has won best Health and Wellbeing Initiative at the 2025 Property Week Awards.
The awards celebrate excellence across the United Kingdom (UK) commercial property sector.
The award recognised Green Park’s commitment to championing green wellbeing, and its innovative approach to promoting environmental values and nature connections through bespoke initiatives.
The programme is designed to help occupiers expand their DEI strategies, enhance employee experience and deliver inclusive, sustainable opportunities for colleagues to connect, thrive and grow.
At the heart of the initiative is Green Park’s 600+ annual event programme and its 195 acres of parkland, offering a range of green wellbeing activities. These include outdoor bootcamps, yoga classes, and weekly walking groups, as well as rowing boats, trim trails, and an award-winning biodiversity area.
Green Park was commended by the Property Week Awards judges for “its outstanding impact and success in promoting wellness, resulting in remarkable results.” The judging panel included senior-level decision-makers from across the property industry.
Rory Carson, Director, Asset Management, United Kingdom, Mapletree said: “The Green Park team is deeply committed to delivering a health and wellbeing strategy that reflects our green values and community focus. Our wellbeing programme has become a key part of how our occupiers foster resilient, engaged workforces, supporting productivity, profitability and reputation. We’re delighted to be recognised at this national level.”
