A consultation has been launched as to whether food business could open on Reading’s Oxford Road.
The firm Da Spott wants to launch is set to take over the former offices of Aventus Law Solicitors, between Mr Cod and Sky Blue Financial Partners.
It would be close to Reading West station.
The business does not appear to have a digital presence yet, but the owners want to sell food and soft drinks indoors and outdoors until 11.30pm each night, and sell alcohol on and off the premises from 11am to 11pm each day.
Comments on the proposal, which are publicly accessible, can be made by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk no later than Monday, May 20.
