IKEA is holding a range of free events across the summer, including weekly entertainment and a jubilee party.

On Saturday, May 29, the store is hosting a double event, with design workshop showing attendees how to personalise items, and a Father’s Day crate building workshop.

It will also be hosting a jubilee celebration featuring free face painting, kids activities, and half-priced meatballs on Wednesday, June 1.

This will be followed by a jubilee crafts workshop where those attending will be shown how to create personal crowns, memory mugs and their own Queen’s guard.

IKEA will also feature balloon artists and face-painting in store on Saturdays throughout the summer.

The personalisation workshop and Father’s Day workshop will take place at the IKEA store on Sunday, May 29, from 10am-4pm.
