POLICE in Essex are appealing for help locating a missing person last seen in Reading.
Essex Police posted to social media in an appeal for help locating Joseph, who was reported missing from Essex on Saturday, September 23.
He was last seen in Reading wearing black jacket, blue t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Police are concerned for his well-being, and urge members of the public who may have seen him, or may have any information regarding his whereabouts to call 999, quoting reference 43230444959.
