The developer in charge of a project to replace a Southcote house with 10 apartments has applied to make changes.
A landowner won approval to replace he property in Parkside Road last September with the approval being passed to Darcliffe Homes to implement.
The house has already been demolished, and the developer now wants permission from Reading Borough Council to adjustment the replacement building, which will contain one-, two- and three-bed apartments.
Following a design review, it now wants to change the design of the windows, external materials, roof, relocate the cycle store and is proposing a new vehicular gate.
The planning application can be viewed on Reading Borough Council’s planning website, reference 230391.
