A READING CHARITY is inviting youngsters to attend free dance classes to promote positive mental wellbeing.

Sport in Mind will be holding weekly sessions on Thursdays during term-time at South Reading Leisure Centre, Northumberland Avenue.

Children aged from 9-14-years-old are welcome to attend.

Classes serve as an ideal opportunity for young people to exercise while making new friends.

The opportunity is part of the Reading-based charity’s youth activities to help build confidence and self-esteem.

For more information, contact: 0118 947 9762.
