A READING-based electro punk group will be headlining a musical night taking place on Friday, September 30.

Club Velocity is presenting the evening of entertainment, which will take place at the Rising Sun Arts Centre in Silver Street.

Pink Diamond Revue will be the main attraction. The two-piece are said to be world class and a one-off, true original band.

Supporting them will be Rodney Cromwell, who organisers say delivers great bedroom synthpop that sits somewhere between electronica and new wave, and is always

compared to bands like Kraftwerk, New Order and Stereolab.

Rodney’s music has been heard on BBC 6 Music and featured in the NME, Louder Than War and Shindig.
