THAMES Valley Police has released CCTV images as it seeks help locating a man in connection with an assault in Reading.
At around 7.15pm on Saturday, May 6, the offender was on a bus travelling from Reading to Calcot when he punched a fellow passenger.
The victim, a man in his twenties, was sitting at the bus on the the lower level when he was assaulted, causing injuries to his face which did not require hospital treatment.
Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to as he may have vital information regarding the incident, and are appealing for members of the public who recognise the person pictured to come forward.
Investigating officer PC Mark Mitchelmore, based at Reading police station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the person in this image to please get in touch as they may have vital information about this incident.
