THE UNIVERSITY of Reading is set to host music by candlelight once again
The Candlelight concert series, presented by Fever, is returning with a performance featuring classic Christmas carols and holiday melodies.
The Great Hall University of Reading will be illuminated by thousands of candles for Candlelight: Christmas Movie Soundtracks, which will feature a local string quartet performing music from various festive films.
Candlelight events aim to make musical experiences accessible by using non-traditional venues and presenting a wide-ranging program that includes tributes to classical composers and contemporary artists.
Fever also offers Candlelight gift cards, which are redeemable at any event across the United Kingdom.
Some Candlelight concerts are also discounted during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales period.
The Candlelight Christmas event takes place at The Great Hall, University of Reading, from 6pm on Friday, December 19.
