AFTER Blue Collar undergoes a short closure as it refreshes the venue for the winter, it has announced numerous events for the remainder of 2022.
The first event will be a drag brunch with some of Reading and Berkshire’s biggest drag acts on Saturday, October 8.
Reading’s own Big Jay will host, fresh from their recent show celebrating only the first anniversary of their drag.
They’ll be joined by Oxford’s Cairo Ali, drag king ARTie, Reading’s Got Drag winner Duac, and London’s Arcadia.
The show will feature live singing and lip-sync performances followed by an aftershow, where DJs Twin Sun will play their first show at the venue.
Drag brunch takes place at Blue Collar Corner, Hosier Street, between 11am-1.30pm on Saturday, October 8.
