Ascot has launched its third Jumps Season Lookbook, a style guide for Autumn/Winter occasionwear, ahead of the Fireworks Spectacular Family Raceday on Saturday 1st November, marking the start of the 2025/2026 Jumps season.

The lookbook was shot at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire and showcases fashion that combines practicality, versatility, and storytelling for all ages.

Curated by London stylist and vintage expert Alice Hare, returning for her second year, the lookbook highlights how winter racing fashion can be as stylish and dramatic as the summer season.

Alice Hare, Jumps Season Lookbook stylist, says: “For many, racing fashion is seen as a summer affair, but I hope the Jumps Season Lookbook challenges that, showcasing winter racing as just as rich in sartorial drama. The pieces were chosen to inspire winter event dressing and are designed to be wardrobe mainstays beyond the races. While practical, they’re also bold, story-driven pieces meant to spark conversation and carry meaning across generations. Several models wear vintage Hermès ties from my grandfather-in-law, reflecting the heritage and craftsmanship that shaped this year’s looks.”

The 2025/26 edition features 26 curated looks, blending heritage British labels with rising international designers. Key highlights include tartan capes with bubble hems, bouclé reimagined in molten gold, Suzannah’s timeless Cumbrian tweed coat dress, and Banshee’s velvet red suit with handmade frog buttons. Accessories range from vintage Hermès ties and

jewel-encrusted belts by Sonia Petroff to hand-finished bags and headpieces by emerging artisans Isla de Gar, Emily London, and Angie Power.

Menswear and children’s looks echo the same ethos: a mix of vintage inspiration, contemporary tailoring, and timeless versatility, perfect for racedays, winter weddings, festive gatherings, and more. Scottish craftsmanship and textiles feature strongly, with tartan and other traditional fabrics woven throughout the collection.

Alexandra Bertram, Brand and Creative Lead, Ascot, adds: “Building on last year’s success, we’re thrilled to present this season’s Lookbook. While there’s no set dress code at Ascot during the Jumps season, dressing for the occasion enhances the Ascot experience of a day at the races. This edition blends style and practicality to inspire racing fans of all ages, whatever the British weather throws at us.”
