AN ANTENATAL session is to take place in Whitely on Wednesday, January 10.
NHS Health Visiting will be setting up in the Whitley Health Centre on Northumberland Avenue between 3pm and 4.30pm.
The session aims to help parents-to-be by offering insights and guidance as they prepare for their new arrival.
Topics will include prenatal care and nutrition, and there will be an opportunity to meet other expectant parents.
Sessions should be booked, but are free.
