The owners of a home in Whitley have applied to convert it into a four-bed home of multiple occupation (HMO).
Scaffolding on the exterior of the house in Lincoln Road, off Basingstolke Road, was seen earlier this month.
There would be three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, with a shared living room, kitchen and toilet downstairs.
Of the rooms, three would have ensuite facilities and one would have an ensuite bath.
