Berkshire Vision is recruiting volunteer Tech Buddies to help their members if they have an issue with their smartphone, tablet or virtual assistance device. In the first instance, Tech Buddies will try to help the member remotely over the phone. Sometimes, volunteers will visit the Member’s home. You will always be free to choose whether you would like to do the home visit or not.
