MUMS and dads of children who aren’t a fan of their greens are being invited to take part in a study to increase their youngsters’ veg uptake.
The University of Reading is looking for parents or carers of children aged from 2-4 in the Reading area to explore how they can be encouraged to eat more vegetables.
Having already published vegetable ebooks, researchers want to find out more about how parents use them and what works best.
Barring two in-person meetings, most of the research will take place online.
Those who are interested in taking part should contact Aisha and Elly via: seeandeat@reading.ac.uk
