A TV star will be the special guest at a fete taking place next month in Southcote.
Sangeeta Bahabra, one of the presenters of the ITV news show Meridian Tonight will be dropping in to the Thames Valley Animal Welfare summer fair.
The charity helps rehouse rescue cats and is marking its 40th anniversary this year.
The fair will include stalls, contests, games, a raffle, tombolas, charity stalls and refreshments. There will also be a barbecue.
It will take place in the car park of Grange URC in Circuit Lane, or indoors if wet, from 2pm on Saturday, July 1. Entry is free.
Parking will be available at Circuit Lane Surgery.
