CLIENTS at a therapy garden have been putting their practical skills into use with some thoughtful gifts.
Beech Hill-based charity Thrive offers horticultural activities to support people with physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, sensory loss, autism or age-related conditions such as dementia.
It works out of the Geoffrey Udall Centre in the village, and recently clients have been preparing and planting pots that could be purchased as gifts for Mothering Sunday. They have also made bird boxes.
A number are available from its potting bench table in the car park of the centre.
