Thames Valley Water have confirmed that some postcodes in Reading are currently experienced no or low water pressure.
The following postcodes areas have been reported to be facing issues: RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG6, RG27, RG30.
Thames Water said: “We’re sorry if residents have no water or low pressure in these postcode areas above.
“Our engineers are working hard to put things right after a power outage impacte Fobney water treatment works last night.
“We’re wokring to get service back to normal as soon as possible, but we know how worrying and inconvenient this is.
“Thank you for your pateince and cooperation while we put things right.”
