A TEENAGER is seriously injured following a five-vehicle collision on the A4 Bath Road near Woolhampton last week, and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The incident happened around 5.30pm – rush hour – on Friday, July 21.

Thames Valley Police said the teenager is facing potentially life-changing injuries. She was taken to hospital where she remains.

Six other people were also inured, and were taken to hospital, but have since been discharged.

No arrests have been made, and police are now exploring the causes of the incident.

Investigating officer PC Beth Drummond, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I would appeal to anybody who witnessed this collision or may have dash-cam or CCTV footage of the collision or the moments prior to it to contact us.
