THE MET Office has issued a yellow warning for wind.
It is in place for this Friday, February 18, when Storm Eunice is expected to bring gale force winds and heavy rain across Berkshire.
Gusts of up to 70mph are expected to hit by noon, with the heaviest rain forecast for the morning.
A yellow weather warning means that there is a small chance of flying debris, fallen trees or power lines, and damage to property.
Drivers are encouraged to check the latest weather and travel conditions and consider delaying their journey as sudden gusts of wind can affect the handling and braking of their vehicle. Lorries, caravans and motorbikes are most at risk and have been advised to slow down.
