Crucible Reading are a member of the English Partnership for Snooker and Billiards national club scheme which means that it meets the governing body standards of safeguarding and equality, as well as adopting a code of conduct to ensure the right setup for juniors, overseen by a club welfare

officer.

The programme will also develop a selection of ‘Young Leaders’, who will complete an online skills syllabus and become club role models, encouraging other young people to take up our sport at their local club.
