REAL ALE fans will be able to try a brand-new festive beer this weekend.
No, we’ve not gone Christmas crackers just yet, but Santa is involved.
The team behind the Burghfield Santas are holding The Bulging Sack in the Park on Friday evenings until August 26, starting this week.
The event will raise funds for Thames Valley Air Ambulance, and include locally-brewed real ales and craft beer, plus food and other drinks.
This Friday includes the launch of Reinbeer of the Mohicans. Brewed in collaboration with Reading Amateur Brewers and Elusive Brewing for September’s Burghfest, organisers coudln’t wait to share it.
The event runs from 5pm to 9pm.
