AUTISM Berkshire is the first corporate member of Pangbourne’s Rotary Club.
Corporate membership enables local organisations to join Rotary represented by more than one member, enabling busy organisations to lessen the burden on one individual attending all the time, and enabling Rotary to see more fresh faces participating in activities.
In this case, the principal member is Tony Stanford-Beale.
Two further associate members are Jane Stanford-Beale, MBE (CEO of Autism Berkshire) and Michelle Etherington – sponsored by Brian Davies.
Tess Watson-Smith, PRC’s most recent member present at the meeting, introduced The ‘Objects of Rotary’, before the club’s president James Richardson inducted Autism Berkshire (represented by Tony, Jane and Michelle) into the club.
The group congratulates Autism Berkshire on being its first corporate member and wishes them great success.
