River cruises across the summer offer a new perspective on Reading

A CHANCE to explore Reading and its surrounding area from a different viewpoint is being offered across the spring and summer.

Riverboat trips will operating on the River Thames from April, all the way through to October.

During term-time, they will leave Caversham on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, and will be daily during Easter holidays, May half-term, and during the summer holidays.

The trips are hosted by Thames River Cruise and depart from Caversham Pier. They include the Thames Explorer (90 minutes), Thames Experience (45 minutes), Thames Meander (60 minutes), and more.

During the summer months, there are also special evening cruises.
