Rewind returns next month

What is touted as the original and best retro festival returns to Henley next month.

The event is set to take place at Temple Island Meadows in Henley-on-Thames from Friday, August 15 until Sunday, August 17.

Soft Cell, who defined the sound of British electronic pop in the 80s, headline on Saturday, August 16, in their exclusive 2025 UK appearance.

Music icon Holly Johnson headlines on Sunday, August 17, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the release of ‘Welcome to the Pleasuredome.

Saturday’s acts will include ABC, Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey, Sugarhill Gang X, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Boyzlife, Cutting Crew, Wang Chung, Go West, The South, and Junior – all presented by Jenny Powell

Sunday will see Midge Ure, Matt Goss, Heaven 17, Haircut 100, Blue, The Selecter, Roachford, T’Pau, Chesney Hawkes, and Tenpole Tudor take to the stage, all presented by The Doctor.

Rewind Festival will also see the return of many favourite activities such as the Pink Flamingo and River Stage, the silent disco, the inflatable church for your ‘Rewind Wedding’ requirements, ‘

There will also be funfair rides and the kid-zone, with entertainment for all the little rewinders. Camping and glamping is also on offer, and to end the festival weekend there will be a spectacular firework display.
