A CONSERVATORY in a Caversham home could be replaced with two extensions.
The home in Peppard Road currently has the additional room often used as a sun trap, but owner Rachel Galen has applied for permission to replace it with a family room.
The floor space would be enhanced with a further extension providing more storage space and a third first floor extension providing an ensuite bathroom to one of the five bedrooms.
