Best Homes UK won approval to build a new three-bedroom, end-of-terrace home in Modbury Gardens in February 2022.
Work on the exterior is almost finished, but the developer has applied to reposition the entrance from the front to the side.
A revised landscaping scheme has been submitted, which has been built on the front and side garden of one of the existing homes.
