Yet more progress is being made on a standout new ‘village’ of hundreds of homes that is being finalised to the south of Reading.

Green Park Village is a relatively new community made up of hundreds of homes near Green Park business park and junction 11 of the M4.

Essential details of the latest phase of the development approved by Reading Borough Council’s planning department.

Elsewhere the conversion of homes into flats has been confirmed, and a European food shop is set to take over a fashion store in the town centre.

You can view each decided application by typing the reference in brackets into the council’s new planning portal.
