A READING bank is preparing to mark International Women’s Day with a special networking event.
Business owners and professionals are invited to the Metro Bank on Broad Street for a light lunch, with the gathering having a theme of Inspire Inclusion. This aims to empower women and foster a culture of diversity and equality in the community.
Women from diverse backgrounds can come together, share insights, celebrate achievements and enjoy the chance to have a chat.
Metro says its support reaffirms its commitment to supporting women in business and leadership roles, driving positive change, and promoting inclusivity across all sectors.
“We are honoured to host this networking event in celebration of International Women’s Day, celebrating the remarkable achievements and contributions of women in our community,” explains Reading Metro Bank Local Business Manager, Laura Taylor.
“Through meaningful connections and shared experiences, we aspire to inspire inclusion in all aspects of business and society.
